cheesy fruity bacon bread
This is a similar recipe as other bread made with beer. This has no salt because the bacon is salty enough. The flavors of the Hurricane beer with the bacon and cheese blend together very well. This bread is great with soup, salad and pasta..I think you will enjoy this flavorful bread- of course if you only want to use regular malt beer that will work well also....Enjoy as my family does...

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 slices thick bacon, fried and chopped, reserve grease.
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 11 .5 ounces bud light mixx tail beer-hurricane flavor
- 2 teaspoons bacon grease, melted
How To Make cheesy fruity bacon bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Line a 9x5 inch bread pan with non-stick foil...spray pan and pour the melted butter on the foil;set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the chopped bacon, to coat then add the cheese and blend to coat well.

Step 3Slowly add the flavored beer mixx and stir with a wooden spoon until the batter is moistened evenly. Spoon the batter into the pan evenly. Drizzle the melted bacon grease on top.

Step 4Bake 60 to 65 minutes. Test with a wooden toothpick for doneness. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Step 5Remove from pan and cool completely before slicing; any leftovers should be stored in a plastic bag at room temperature...Enjoy!
