How to Make Cheesey Cornbread
- Follow the directions for preparation on the box of muffin mix, but instead of using the milk it calls for, substitute cream style corn (2/3 cup) and add the bacon bits. Mix well.
Pour half the batter into a casserole dish. Place a layer of cheese over the batter. Pour remaining batter on top of the cheese. Cook according to directions on the muffin mix box.
