- 3/4 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.

Step 2Combine egg, milk and water; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Step 3Stir in pecans.

Step 4Spoon batter into a lightly greased loafpan.
