THIS KINDA REMINDED ME OF CORN CASSEROLE, BUT IT WAS A LITTLE FIRMER IN TEXTURE. HAD A GREAT FLAVOR WITH THE CHEESE AND MY BOYS LOVED IT.

- 2 packages corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO A GREASED 9X13 BAKING PAN. BAKE 30 MINUTES. COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. CAN ALSO MAKE MUFFINS, REDUCE BAKING TIME.

Step 2****IF YOU WANT IT MEXICAN STYLE ADD A SMALL CAN OF GREEN CHILIES AND MEXICAN SHREDDED CHEESE.
