c3/4 cup self rising flour

Tbsp1 tablespoon brown sugar

Tbsp1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

butter cooking spray

chocolate syrup

confectioners sugar
How To Make brownie cheesecake ice cream spiced rum bread

1In a bowl combine ice cream, vanilla extract, spiced rum, self rising flour, brown sugar and cinnamon powder, mix well.....

2Pour mixture into a bread loaf pan that has been coated with butter cooking spray.......

3Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.......

4Cool for 20 minutes, then remove from bread loaf pan......

5Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of confectioners sugar, and enjoy !!! Recipe can easily be doubled to make more , this amount makes a small loaf of ice cream bread .....
