- cup 1 cup brownie cheesecake ice cream , softened
- tablespoon 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- cup 1/4 cup spiced rum
- cup 3/4 cup self rising flour
- tablespoon 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- tablespoon 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- butter cooking spray
- chocolate syrup
- confectioners sugar

Step 1In a bowl combine ice cream, vanilla extract, spiced rum, self rising flour, brown sugar and cinnamon powder, mix well.....

Step 2Pour mixture into a bread loaf pan that has been coated with butter cooking spray.......

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until center is set.......

Step 4Cool for 20 minutes, then remove from bread loaf pan......

Step 5Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of confectioners sugar, and enjoy !!! Recipe can easily be doubled to make more , this amount makes a small loaf of ice cream bread .....
