1/2 c

1 Tbsp

baking powder
1/2 tsp

salt
2 Tbsp

sugar

egg
1/4 c

2 oz

niblet corn (drained)
milk (only enough to make consistency right)

How To Make best hushpuppies ever

Mix dry ingredients, then add peppers, onions and corn, sit up good. Add egg, stir again, add only enough milk to make batter the right consistency. Fill a cup half full of cold water, dip the spoon into the water before the you dip the batter this will make the batter drop smoothly into oil(do this everytime) Fry until golden brown.
