Ingredients

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can(s)
    beer
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    butter/margarine, melted
  • OPTIONAL ADD INS - ALL, SOME, OR NONE

  • 1
    envelope (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    shredded cheese

How to Make Beer Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease a standard loaf pan. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together (and any add-ins). Stir in beer. Pour into bread pan. Top with melted butter.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from center. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
