How to Make BEER BREAD
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2Mix dry ingredients and beer. Sifting flour is very important.
- 3Pour into greased loaf pan
- 4Pour melted butter over mixture
- 5Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes
- 6If want to use non-alcoholic beer, that is fine, but I do recommend adding a packet of Dry Active Yeast so that you get the proper rise.
