beer bread
(2 RATINGS)
There are a few recipes for Beer bread out there, but none as simple(and tasty!) as this one. You can even mix it in the baking pan for easy clean up. Be sure to leave a sheet pan on the shelf below the pan to catch any excess butter that may drip during cooking.

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make beer bread
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
Step 2Mix dry ingredients and beer. Sifting flour is very important.
-
Step 3Pour into greased loaf pan
-
Step 4Pour melted butter over mixture
-
Step 5Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes
-
Step 6If want to use non-alcoholic beer, that is fine, but I do recommend adding a packet of Dry Active Yeast so that you get the proper rise.
