  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces beer

    Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
    Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix just until combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
