A Facebook friend posted a picture of this bread - when she told me how easy it was, I just had to try it. Served it with turkey chili and it was a huge hit!

  • 3 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 12 oz
    beer, not lite
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Beer Bread


  1. Sir flour and sugar to blend.
  2. Add beer and stir just enough to wet dry ingredients.
  3. Dump into greased loaf pan.
  4. Pour melted butter over top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
