How to Make Beer Bread


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour and beer in a medium bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until moistened.
  3. Pour into loaf pan.
  4. Bake 50 - 55 minutes until top is lightly browned and the sides pull away from the pan. A pick inserted near the center will come out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
