- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 12 ounces beer
How To Make beer bread

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan.

Step 2Mix flour and beer in a medium bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until moistened.

Step 3Pour into loaf pan.

Step 4Bake 50 - 55 minutes until top is lightly browned and the sides pull away from the pan. A pick inserted near the center will come out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
