This is a moist bread that is slightly sweet and loaded with lovely crispy bits of BACON!

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces (i use thick cut bacon)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make awesome bacon loaf

Step 1Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease or Spray an 8 1/2x 4 1/2 loaf pan (I use glass) and set aside. Cut up your 6 slices of bacon into small squares and fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl set aside.

Step 3Combine eggs, milk, and sour cream with a whisk in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4Pour the egg mixture all at once into the flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Fold bacon into dough. Turn into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center of bread tests done with a tester. Cool 10 minutes. Enjoy!
