My children loved these rolls... A quick and easy treat made with left over turkey or chicken. Also canned tuna, chicken or ham, can be used. The cheese melts and binds the filling...YUMMY ! **See added 13 more turkey left-over recipes in the cookbook PICTURE BELOW. Nancy...11/23/12

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup left over turkey.....small cubed
  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 pound grated american cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • - mayo or miracle whip... to moisten bun
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 small jar of stuffed olives, chopped.... if wanted

How To Make warmed turkey rolls .. for lunch, or snacks

  • Step 1
    MIX filling ingredients together Take a hotdog buns and scoop out part of the upper half. Moisten bun with mayo, Fill with the filling ( quite thick) Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Heat in a 325F oven. Serve with chips. *NOTE; Diced Ham, chicken tuna fish or Salmon can also be used instead of turkey! 13 more left-over turkey recipes... in a cookbook , I put on JAP..
