Ingredients For dark roast coffee yeast bread, bread machine

  • 10 oz
    brewed cup extra bold coffee (use any extra bold coffee flavor), cooled to room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
    dark molasses
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 2 c
    bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt or to taste
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast

    Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacture. Select dough cycle. When the machine indicates the end of the final rise, remove the dough.
