Ingredients
- 6 slices maple-flavored bacon
- 1-1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1-1/2 tablespoon real maple syrup
- 6 slices bread, crusts removed
- 6 large eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons lite cream
- 6 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make yummy baked egg muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 6 lg muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble, set aside.

Step 2In small bowl, combine melted butter and syrup. Flatten each slice of bread w/ a rolling pin. Brush bread slices w/ butter mix. Line each muffin cup w/ 1 slice bread.

Step 3Bake bread until slightly crisp, about 3 mins. Sprinkle bacon into bottom of each toast cup. Crack 1 egg into each cup. Season w/ salt and pepper. Top each cup w/ 1 tbsp lite cream and 1 tbsp cheese. Bake until whites of egg are set, about 10-15 mins.
