1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar

1/4 tspsalt

2 tspbaking powder

1 1/4 craisins

2eggs, beaten

1 cbuttermilk

2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make welsh tea muffins

1Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl.

2Mix in raisins.

3Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter.

4Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture. Stir together quickly. Batter will be lumpy.

5Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full and bake until tester comes out clean. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes.
