    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    almond milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/3 c
    dried cranberries

How to Make Vegan Peanut Butter Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with papers.
  2. Mix together peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar and milk.
  3. Blend in flour and baking powder until well combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries.
  5. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
