Ingredients
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
How To Make vegan peanut butter muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with papers.

Step 2Mix together peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar and milk.

Step 3Blend in flour and baking powder until well combined.

Step 4Fold in dried cranberries.

Step 5Bake 20 - 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
