I wanted to try making muffins in the pie baker. I've seen a few recipes from scratch. It just so happened that I had a muffin mix in the pantry. I made a few changes to the recipe..of course;D I wanted to share this with you because it was SO EASY... I made 8 all together.

Ingredients

1 package muffin mix
1 cup water

How To Make the easiest cranberry orange muffins..from a mix

Step 1

I used a mix where I had to drain the cranberries. I saved the liquid from the cranberries to equal ONE cup of liquid.

Step 2

Mix the "cranberry" water and the dry mix..mix well.
Step 3

Fold in the cranberries.
Step 4

Bake according to directions. Mine took 9 minutes. I tested them with a toothpick.
Step 5

I made a basic glaze with powdered sugar, water and vanilla. Then I topped the muffins with a drizzle of glaze, grated orange and as you can see powdered sugar. Enjoy...
