Ingredients
- 8 cups cornbread stuffing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 4 - celery heart ribs
- 1 - white onion
- 3 - fuji apples
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cups chicken stock
- - salt and peper
How To Make thanksgiving muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Over medium high heat olive oil and 4 tablespoons butter. Add bay leaf, vegetables and apples. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

Step 3As the veggies start to soften add stuffing and stock mixing well.

Step 4Spray large muffin tray with olive oil non stick spray. Over fill each muffin and shape with a large spoon. Bake 10 to 15 minutes so that the muffins are set. Serve hot.
