- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make tennessee sour cream biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix sour cream and melted butter in a medium size bowl

Step 2Stir in one cup of the flour and the salt when blended add the other cup of flour

Step 3Spoon into ungreased muffin pan, filling the cups 2/3 full Bake 25-30 minutes till golden brown

Step 4Note: you can use lower fat sour cream and light butter and they are just as good
