This is my recipe for Pecan Banana bread .. taken from other recipes and tweaked just the way i like it!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 medium bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make tasha's pecan banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Grease a loaf pan (when I made mine I double the recipe and get a loaf pan and 12 muffins out of it.)

Step 2Mash Bananas

Step 3In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until creamed.

Step 4Beat in eggs

Step 5add vanilla and honey

Step 6add mashed bananas

Step 7in a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and all spice. Gradually add this dry mixture into creamed mixture and mix well. (batter should be thick)

Step 8Stir in chopped pecans

Step 9Pour into greased loaf pan

Step 10Bake at 325 for 70-80 minutes (if making muffins they take about half the time)
