Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup diced, peeled tangerine
- 1 tablespoon grated tangerine peel
How To Make tangerine muffins

Step 1In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, butter, and milk until smooth; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Step 3Stir in tangerine and peel.

Step 4Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Step 6Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
