Ingredients For tangerine muffins

  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    tangerines zest
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 6
    tangerines

How To Make tangerine muffins

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2
    Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  • 3
    Whisk eggs and sugar.
  • 4
    Add tangerine zest, oil, milk and yogurt. Mix well.
  • 5
    Add flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  • 6
    Peel and cut the tangerines in half.
  • 7
    Place tangerines cut side down in muffin pan.
  • 8
    Pour batter over tangerines in muffin pan.

    Bake 30 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
