Ingredients For surprise muffins

egg
1/2 c

milk
1/4 c

oil
1 1/2 c

flour
1/2 c

sugar
1 tsp

baking powder
1/2 tsp

salt

How To Make surprise muffins

Set oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg- stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients JUST until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy.

For surprise muffins, fill muffin cups 1/3 with batter. Add jelly, cheese, or peanut butter to each cup. Add more batter on top.

Bake 20-25 minutes.
