Ingredients
- 500 grams self rising flour
- 300 milliliters cream
- 1 cup lemonade/7up

Step 1Sift self raising flour into a bowl, make a well

Step 2and pour in cream and lemonade.

Step 3Mix with a flat-bladed knife until the mixture forms a soft dough.

Step 4Turn out onto a floured surface and pat into a 2 cm thick round.

Step 5Using a 5-cm round cutter, cut out 12 rounds.

Step 6Arrange closely together on a paper lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 200C / 400C oven until golden brown (approx. 12 to 15 minutes).
