How to Make super easy scones
- Sift self raising flour into a bowl, make a well
- and pour in cream and lemonade.
- Mix with a flat-bladed knife until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and pat into a 2 cm thick round.
- Using a 5-cm round cutter, cut out 12 rounds.
- Arrange closely together on a paper lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 200C / 400C oven until golden brown (approx. 12 to 15 minutes).
