- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 - banana smashed
- 3/4 cup chopped apples any one you like most
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Sift together all dry ingredients. In a bowl combine oil, milk and egg stir all together. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in liquid. mix with a wooden spoon. The batter will be lumpy. fold in banana, apple and raisins. Line muffin tins. this recipe will make six large muffins and dozen of the smaller. bake for 25-30 minutes depending on your oven.
