Ingredients
- MUFFINS
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make sugar and spice muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with liners. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg into a bowl. Make a well in the center of the bowl.

Step 2In a different bowl, mix wet ingredients, oil, sugar, egg, and milk. Mix well.

Step 3Pour wet ingredients into the well.

Step 4Combine with the dry ingredients.

Step 5Fill muffin tins.
