strawberry muffins
Can you tell I like strawberries? Or muffins? These are just fantastic, and you will love them. I would love to say that I bake and freeze them for later eating, but wouldn't want to fib!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and undrained
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- - strawberry butter (see directions)
How To Make strawberry muffins

Step 1Reserve 2 T strawberries for butter. Stir flour , sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Make a well in center. Stir strawberries, milk, egg and oil until blended, add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffing pans, 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees 20 min, remove immediately.

Step 2For butter: stir strawberries with 1/2 c softened butter until well blended.
