Ingredients
- 90 grams corn oil
- 110 grams egg liquid
- 160 grams milk
- 100 grams white sugar
- 110 grams low gluten flour
- 30 grams cornstarch
- 60 grams coco powder
- 10 grams baking powder
- 30 grams milk powder
- an appropr - freshly ground sea salt
- 150 grams high temperature resistant chocolate (70% content), divided
How To Make starbucks chocolate muffin

Step 1Put the corn oil, egg liquid, milk, and white sugar into the mixing bowl.

Step 2Stir the ingredients at 50sec/REV 3.

Step 3Add the sieved low gluten flour, corn starch, coco powder, baking powder, milk powder, and salt.

Step 4Smash the ingredients at 40sec/REV 3 and scrape the smashed ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl with the scraper.

Step 5Smash the ingredients at 20sec/REV 3.

Step 6Place the smashed ingredients and 45g chocolate into a bowl.

Step 7Mix the smashed ingredients and chocolate uniformly with the scraper and place the mixture into a pastry bag.

Step 8Preheat the oven to 170℃.

Step 9Squeeze the batter into muffin moulds.

Step 10Sprinkle the chocolate on the batter.

Step 11Bake the batter in the oven at 20min/170℃.
