yield 6 Jumbo Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup grahm cracker crumbs(about 8 squares)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups mimiature marshmallows(divided..1c..1/4c.)

How To Make s'more jumbo muffins

Step 1

Preheat oven 375.

Step 2

In a large bowl,combine dry ingredients. Combine next 3 ingredients.Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips & 1 cup marshmallows.
Step 3

Fill greased Jumbo Muffin Cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Bake 375 for 18-20 minutes.or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove to a wire rack...Serve warm.
