- 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
How To Make skinny oat and honey pumpkin muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place all ingredients, except for the oats, in a blender and process until fully mixed.

Step 2Add the oats, 1/2 cup at a time and blend until smooth. Distribute batter evenly to fill all 12 muffin cups.

Step 3Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
