Sausage Cups

My coworker, Sara, brings these to work occasionally and they are almost gone before she sets the platter down. Great breakfast fare but equally good throughout the day.

mild sausage (we use jimmy dean)
1 pkg
hot sausage (jimmy dean)
1 jar(s)
cheese whiz
4 can(s)
hungry jack golden layer biscuits
vegetable spray


1Preheat oven according to biscuit directions.
2Brown sausage together and drain well. Mix in Cheese Whiz and stir until melted.
3Spray muffin tins. Split each biscuit in half (if using mini muffin tins, split biscuit into thirds) and press down into greased muffin cups. Spoon sausage mixture into each cup.
4Bake 5-10 minutes until golden.
5You can also drain a can of Rotel tomatoes and add them to the sausage mixture for a slightly spicier sausage cup.
