Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 11/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raspberries
How To Make raspberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2Stir together flour and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 3Mix together egg and sugar until combined. Mix in yogurt, oil and vanilla.

Step 4Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well, by hand.

Step 5Fold in raspberries.

Step 6Spoon batter into prepared pan.

Step 7Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 8Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool.
