How to Make Raspberry Muffins
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter and combine.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla.
- Add milk mixture to flour mixture.
- Toss berries in remaining 1/4 cup of flour.
- Gently fold berries into the batter.
- Fill muffins 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle with raw sugar.
- Bake 17 to 20 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
