Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar in the raw
How To Make raspberry muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, sugar and baking powder.

Step 3Add the melted butter and combine.

Step 4In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla.

Step 5Add milk mixture to flour mixture.

Step 6Toss berries in remaining 1/4 cup of flour.

Step 7Gently fold berries into the batter.

Step 8Fill muffins 3/4 full.

Step 9Sprinkle with raw sugar.

Step 10Bake 17 to 20 minutes.

Step 11Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
