Ingredients For raspberry muffins

2 1/4 cflour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspsugar

1egg, beaten
-
1 ccold milk
-
1/2 cmelted butter
-
1 cfresh raspberries (i also use frozen)
How To Make raspberry muffins

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Mix dry ingredients together in medium size bowl. In a small bowl blend egg, milk, and butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix just until lumpy.

3Add raspberries, stirring gently. Do not over mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Yields 12 muffins.
