Ingredients
- 2 cloves flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup pumpkin, fresh or canned
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed, plus 2 tablespoons for topping

Step 1Oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. Sift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, butter, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Combine in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Put 3/4 inot each muffin cup. Sprinkle with 2 T nuts. Bake 18-20 min or until they spring back when pressed with a finger.
