My mother bakes these delicious muffins all the time for us. They are very simple to make....and the taste is out of this world! I bet you can't eat just one....they are that good! *Google pic*

pumpkin
raisins, optional (i use white raisins)

How To Make pumpkin spice muffins

Using a spoon mix cake mix and pumpkin together. Mix real good. If using raisins or pecans add in now. Mix good. Pour in muffin pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 for 14-15 minutes. Yummy! Now how simple was that?

May frost with cream cheese frosting or sprinkle with powder sugar if desired. As for me I love them plain....yummy!
