Ingredients

1 (18.25) package spice or carrot cake mix
1 (15oz) can libby's 100 % pure pumpkin
3 - eggs
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup raisins

How To Make pumpkin, spice and everything nice muffins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or paper-line 24 muffin cups

Step 2

Combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs and water in a large mixing bowl until moistened. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape the bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
Step 3

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
