I got this recently at a BIble Study group . It is so easy and delicious . Great for fall . It requires only a few ingredients . I gave it out to a few of my friends and our local grocery stores had a "run" on cinnamon chips . You couldn't find them anywhere !! Glad they are now stocked up .

  • 1 package hersey cinnamon chips 10 oz
  • small cinnamon /sugar ( optional) for topping

How To Make pumpkin muffins with cinnamon chips

  • Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients with Mixer about 2 minutes on medium speed until well mixed .
  • Step 2
Fold in by hand the bag of Cinnamon Chips . Put into Muffin Liners . Foil liners work the best . Fill at least 3/4 full . They do not rise a lot . Sprinkle with Cinnamon /sugar mixture .
