Ingredients

2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 - egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make pumpkin muffins

Step 1

Thoroughly combine Bisquick, sugar, and spice.

Step 2

Combine milk, pumpkin, egg and oil and stir into dry ingredients until blended. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Step 3

Bake 400 F degrees, 20 minutes.
