baking powder

baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Pumpkin Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Mix baking powder with 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon water
  • 3In large bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, baking powder/water, and sugar. Mix until well blended.
  • 4Add the flour, spices, 1 teaspoon baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk to combine.
  • 5Fill paper lined muffin tin about 2/3 full.
  • 6Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
  • 7Enjoy.
