Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
How To Make pumpkin almond flour muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 3In another bowl whisk the eggs. Add pumpkin, maple syrup and vanilla.

Step 4Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix together until combined. Fold in almonds.

Step 5Divide batter among muffin cups.

Step 6Sprinkle with raw sugar.

Step 7Bake for 22-25 minutes.
