1Grease Muffin tins. Add small pat of butter in the bottom each cup. Add 1tsp. brown sugar to this, then place 3 pecans on the sugar.
2Mix dough using dough and mix. Then roll dough into large rectangle approx. 1/2 in. thick. Spread dough with softened butter. Spread brown sugar over the butter, coarsely chop the remaining nuts and add them over the brown sugar.Roll jelly roll fashion. Cut into 12 slices. Seal edges to keep the filling in. Place 1 slice in each prepared cup. Bake at 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes till golden brown.
3Let hot rolls set on counter then place a rimmed cookie sheet over the entire rolls and muffin pan. Invert them both quickly onto the cookie sheet. Remove the muffin tin in two or three minutes. (This has to be done while the sugar is still liquid)
