Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- - pecan halves
- 1 - recipe basic sweet yeast dough (in jap)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- - melted butter
How To Make pecan rolls, mom

Step 1Combine butter, brown sugar and syrup. Butter muffin pans and place 1 1/2 teaspoons in each cup. Add pecans, divide dough in half. On floured surface roll each to 1/2x18x12" rectangle. Brush with melted butter and combine 1/2 c brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll up from large side, cut in 1" diameter. Place in muffin cups cut side up, brush with butter. Let rise double. Bake at 375 degrees 15-20 min. Invert quickly to wire rack.
