pecan pear muffins
I love love love homemade muffins and these ones are moist and chock full of pears and pecans! They are perfect anytime!

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups chopped, peeled ripe pears ( about 6 medium)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pecan pear muffins

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Step 2Fold in pears and pecans. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center of muffins spring back when touched lightly. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. makes 2 dozen.
