Peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins

- 300 g
- plain flour
- 200 g
- soft brown sugar
- 15 g
- baking powder
- 100 g
- sunflower oil
- chocolate chips
- free range eggs
- 100 g
- peanut butter
How to Make Peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins
- 2Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips
- 3Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.
- 4Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).
- 5Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden.
Remove from oven and cool.
