peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins
You can use all chocolate chips or an alternative of mashed banana, or you could adjust amounts and use both. This is a shared recipe, but I cannot remember where I printed it from. If its yours, please let me know so I can credit accordingly.

Ingredients
- 300 grams plain flour
- 200 grams soft brown sugar
- 15 grams baking powder
- 100 grams sunflower oil
- Handful - chocolate chips
- 2 - free range eggs
- 100 grams peanut butter
How To Make peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 190c

Step 2Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips

Step 3Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.

Step 4Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).

Step 5Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden. Remove from oven and cool.
