You can use all chocolate chips or an alternative of mashed banana, or you could adjust amounts and use both.

This is a shared recipe, but I cannot remember where I printed it from. If its yours, please let me know so I can credit accordingly.

  • 300 g
    plain flour
  • 200 g
    soft brown sugar
  • 15 g
    baking powder
  • 100 g
    sunflower oil
  • Handful
    chocolate chips
  • 2
    free range eggs
  • 100 g
    peanut butter

How to Make Peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins


  1. Heat oven to 190c
  2. Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips
  3. Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.
  4. Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden.
    Remove from oven and cool.
