Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour or 2 cups all-purpose flour, minus 2 tsp. flour, plus 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups milk, the batter should be slightly thicker then a cake batter
  • 2 cups chopped ripe peaches
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - cinnamon sugar (optional)

How To Make peach muffins

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together the flour, baking soda, sugar, eggs, oil, and milk. Combine the peaches with the cinnamon and fold into the batter. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full and bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. May substitute peaches with another fruit. If so, let me know how they turn out. Enjoy :o)
