Ingredients
- COMBINE, COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT:
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup oats, regular
- IN THE MORNING ADD:
- 1 2/3 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- THESE INGREDIENTS ARE OPTIONAL:
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make overnight oatmeal muffins

Step 1Bake in greased muffin pans or line with muffin liners. (I don't do this as they stick to the paper badly) Bake at 350F for 15-17 minutes. This makes almost 2 dozen muffins.
