Very easy and good. This is my grandma's recipe from the 1950's. Grandma would often stir up a batch while the main dish for dinner was cooking. They are best hot and fresh.

How to Make Old Fashioned Mayonnaise Muffins- Grandma's

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir together until smooth.
    Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Watch carefully because these can quickly burn.
